1st sucker

This morning we did some work at the boys' school. Lillie has become great friends with the office ladies. When we were on our way out, they gave her a small sucker! I'm not sure if Lillie could have been more excited. All the way out to the car she kept saying, "that's so nice of those ladies." Over and over again! She got to enjoy it while we ran errands. She cried when she finished it because she wanted to share some with Daddy, Ermias & Isayas!

Skills

This morning after breakfast (before 8am) Lillie asked to paint, then to do stamps, then to glue. We said "no" to each one in turn. I suggested cutting and she jumped on it. This girl has a crafty or artistic gene in her! She's pretty good with scissors at 2 years old. We got her some lefty ones.

Baseball

We are in full swing with baseball! The boys are on the same team as last year and they've really been enjoying themselves. Isayas is a hero on the team because he can hit the ball all the way to the grass outfield and both boys can catch and throw really well!

Stamps

Lillie LOVES stamps and on Fridays when we are leaving Preschool she gets a stamp on her hand. Well, at home, she went a little bit further and stamped for mouth and cheeks!

New Chair

He is learning about good deals at Garage Sales. 

George the Monkey

I snapped a shot of Ermias, Lillie and her baby while they watched "George the Monkey." Lillie told me that her baby is "so sweet." Ermias has rekindled his love of Curious George, but now he realizes how crazy it is that the people on the cartoon let George do the things he does!
