Breakfast of Champions

This morning Waymond & I went to breakfast at The Renaissance Cafe in downtown Tacoma. Very yummy and to top it off they steam their eggs with the steam wand of the espresso machine. Really! They put the eggs in a steaming pitcher and steam them just like milk for a latte. They were amazingly light and fluffy and with no oil or anything added. I've never had steamed scrambled eggs before nor have I ever heard of it. They were tasty. I think we'll have breakfast there again! The bacon was tasty too!!
