Tonight at dinner we were trying to explain to him why he has no school tomorrow, but he doesn't get it and honesty he's too new to be excited about it! This is the kind of stuff you dream about as a kid, but he has no idea.
Instead of school, he'll be going to work with Mom & Dad tomorrow. Sadly for him, his mom has a teaching degree and has packed his backpack with all kinds of things to keep him busy learning what he's been learning in school. And, he'll be excited to know that his dad finished packing his backpack with movies and our portable DVD player! :o)
On another note, tomorrow is Ermias' first day of school. I think he is excited about it. He has asked me about a thousand times over the last few days when he goes to school and if he gets to ride the bus too. So, finally the day comes tomorrow, when he wakes up I can finally say "yes, today school, but no bus."
